I provide individual therapy and Autism, OCD, and ADHD assessments for adolescents and adults residing in Arizona. My hope is to offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe showing up exactly as you are—and genuinely embraced for it. My style is warm, flexible, intuitive, and authentic.
I love working with neurodivergent minds and hearts, highly sensitive people, intuitives, feelers, introverts, and outsiders of all kinds. Many of my clients live at the intersection of complex trauma, neurodiversity, and historically excluded or targeted identities. Together, we work toward greater self-trust, embodiment, emotional integration, and resilience.
I am trained in EMDR, mindfulness, and somatic experiencing, and I draw from these integrative, trauma-informed practices to support nervous system regulation and a felt sense of wholeness. I also incorporate self-compassion, narrative, and Internal Family Systems approaches to help transform unhelpful beliefs and narratives and cultivate a more supportive relationship with self.
My lived experience as a neurodivergent, queer, mixed-race person familiar with illness meaningfully informs my work. My practice is non-pathologizing, queer-affirming, neurodivergent-affirming, and oriented toward body and collective liberation.
When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me immersed in one of my many interests—writing, baking, creating art, tending to and propagating my houseplants, and endurance running and slow hiking through the deserts of Tucson.

Lived identities:
I am neurodivergent, diagnosed late in life, and live with several chronic illnesses that commonly occur with neurodivergence. My ancestral lineages are primarily English on my maternal side and Korean on my paternal side. My paternal family were refugees during the Korean war and my father subsequently immigrated to the United States around age 11. I live and practice on the lands of the Tohono O'odham Nation and the Pascua Yaqui Tribe. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, I've lived in Tucson since 2012.
